Pandemic Response Navigator will participate in an active and dynamic group-based program that will provide them with the knowledge, resources, and tools to help address unmet community needs in coordination with local, regional, and state partners.
As a Pandemic Response Navigator, you will provide COVID-19 education and outreach to latinx communities and impacted populations and ease the navigation of care resource coordination for these impacted populations. In addition to outreach and education navigators will provide one-on-one navigation services to individuals and families to help assess their needs and give them county resources. Provides linkage support including linguistic and cultural interpretation of documents and services. Navigators will report directly to the Project Coordinator and Program Director. Navigator will also work with other Youth and Family Center Bilingual Service Navigators and several other partnering navigators to ensure quality programming for our community.
